You can find our characteristically EMS 404 and 504 from HERO-Foerdertechnik Germany in nearly all branches of manufacturing, distributions and transportation. Since many years their owners don´t like to imagine to stand the dayly challenges of manufacturing and distribution without our systems. The characteristic highlights of 404 / 504 are
their extreme compact design, their resistance against daily stress in real conditions and flexibility, the chance to use this instrument in different ways and in different philosophies, to make it adaptable to the contineous changing requirements.
The track profile is characterised by an extraordinary high section modulus. This allows to have big spans between the supports (e.g. for a load of 500kg, 5m long).
The I-profile of the EMS-track can be fixed directly below the existing steel construction. The result is a compact EMS-system to minimise the required space.
The downward position of the bus bars is a “protection” against dirt to prevent unnecessary malfunctions.
