Description

Features Analog output 0(2)...10 V and 0(4)...20 mA Calibration of point zero and full span value with trimmers in the front Bridge voltage supply for up to 4 loadcells Sensor breakage detection Cut-off-frequency selectable (2 Hz / 60 Hz) Galvanically separation between input/output and auxiliary energy Brief Description The DC instrument amplifier HE 5020 serves for the signal conditioning of force sensors and loadcells with strain gages to voltage and current standard signals. Apart from a variable input sensitivity of 0.08... 3.3 mV/V the device enables the front-lateral adjustment of zero point, amplification and critical frequency. For the decoupling of the measuring circuits the HE 5020 is equipped with a galvanic isolation between input/output and auxiliary energy. For many applications efficient measuring systems can be implemented to acceptable costs in combination with suitable HESCH measuring sensors.
