blade beam will not move downward by a pivot like on swing
beam guillotines but with a linear movement on accordingly
guides. Thus the adjustment of the cutting angle is possible
to get material-related ideal cutting results e.g. decrease of
twisting when cutting thin narrow metal strips. The cutting
angle can be reduced to a minimum value of 0° 30'. The CNC
control calculates dependent on material type, sheet metal
thickness and cutting measures the necessary data and adjusts
the parameters for cutting gap, cutting angle, cutting length
and back gauge automatically.
