The CNC punching and nibbling machines HESSE FP and RP are built
in C-frame design with 30 ton punching capacity able to work on sheet
metals up to a thickness of 6.0 mm. The longitudinal and transverse axis
are moved over linear guidance and ball screws free from play with a positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm and a repetition accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm.
Heart of the machine is CNC SIEMENS Sinumerik 840DI with large colour
display, network abilities and dialogue-led operation which supports the
user. Automatic repositioning and tool lubrication are likewise standard
as a complete software package to start immediately into production.
