ROBOTIC PALLETIZER

H.G. Molenaar and Robotics Systems SA have recently joined forces. Molenaar's designers determined that there is a need for a larger product range and our clients, in some instances, would be best served by a robotic system, which offers the advantage of being able to handle a greater variety of tray and can sizes than a dedicated sweep-and-hoist system.

The two South African companies have an agreement whereby all robotic equipment is supplied by Robotic Systems and H.G. Molenaar provides the system integration plus the non-robotic equipment for customers in the food processing industry.

The industrial robot, SP100, is especially designed for palletizing applications. The SP 100 is a 4-axis servo controlled robot. Its rigid design support high-speed movement of heavy-duty payloads
