MULTI BOWL FILLER

Molenaar's multi bowl fillers are designed for the filling of products such as fruit cocktails, fruit salads and mixed vegetables. Fillers are manufactured to high quality standards by using only the best stainless steel and other non-corrosive materials. Our designs also allow for easy cleaning and accessibility for maintenance. Three models are available, a low speed 18 pocket per bowl filler, a high speed 36 pocket per bowl filler and a high volume 8 pocket per bowl filler.

Each unit consists of an infeed conveyor with timing screw leading into a serpentine flow-under and up to five volumetric filling bowls. These bowls are fitted with removable cups with manual telescopic height adjustment per bowl to ensure accurate filling volumes. Multiple scrapers in the bowl together with final motorized brushes ensure that each pocket is filled properly. A pneumatic sensor is activated with the pocket slide, which ensures that the pockets are fully discharged into the cans. A stainless steel control panel with inverter drive and no-can-no-fill devices are fitted on each bowl and come and as standard with all fillers.
