Description
FC series detectors are made through coupling InGaAs PIN photodiodes with FC connection using lenses. FC series detectors have high response within 1.0～1.65µm and the whole response spectral be extend to 0.65～1.65µm due to the optimized diode structure. Internal optical attenuator is used for measure higher optical power. The maximum of detectable optical power can get to 25dBm and 30dBm, respectively.

FC series are mostly applied for optical measurement. User can select appropriate units according to needed wavelength and linear range.
