HIDROGARNE manufacture the standard range from 30 Tons to 600 Tons with total adaptability in the dimensions and sizes of tables, speeds, number of pistons, mechanics and special geometry.
All models work at a low pressure setting in order to guarantee a longer life and less wear-and-tear to the hydraulic group.

High production four-stanchion hydraulic presses, especially made for stamping, punching and grinding.

STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
- Simple effect cylinder with chrome-plated piston and anti-wear guides.
- Two-speed motorized hydraulic group with automatic disconnection, activated by electro-valves, situated in the top part of the press. It includes non-return valve, overflow valve, an anti-fall valve and a cylinder decompression system.
- The refrigeration of the hydraulic group is produced via an independent group with an air/oil radiator.
- Electrical installation for manual and automatic functioning in the main cylinder, with a two-speed option, activated by two-handed control and automatic disconnection of the approximation speed.
- Regulation of the cylinder route/movement and speed change via sensors or electric pressure switch.
- Top press table with slots in "T".
- Low press table with slots in "T".
- Structure with four cylindrical chromed stanchions.
