HIDROGARNE manufactures the standard range of the M series, from 30 Tons to 600 Tons with total adaptability in the dimensions.
STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Oxygen-cut structure divided into four mono-blocks which are electro-welded and mechanized.
- Protected cylinder columns of high mechanical resistance and chrome-plated with a low friction and wear coefficient.
- Mechanized low adjustable press table and top tilting table with slots for "T" mounting.
- A low press table which can take up to 50 tons in movement, also supported by bronze guides with a graphite load and centralizers for the accurate mechanical positioning of the table.
- Top press table with hydraulic security anti-fall clamps and tilting table movement at 110 degrees designed to support moulds of up to 35 Tons, with 140 degrees unhooking and positioning on the ramp.

HYDRAULIC GROUP
- Hydraulic group with a silent two-speed Denison pump with automatic disconnection of the fast pre-filling approximation speed and independent functioning. It has a decompression system and an automatic disconnection of approximation speed.
- The refrigeration of the hydraulic group is done via an independent group with an air/oil radiator.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SECURITY
- Electrical installation for manual and automatic functioning in the main cylinder, low tension manoeuvre via two-handed control.
- Electronic security system for the clamps of the top collapsible press table and mechanical and electronic positioning of the moveable low press table.
- Anti-fall security system via zips with automatic closing triggers in case of loss of hydraulic pressure or electrical system errors.
