The presses of the D series consist of an electro-welded structure designed to widely support the efforts to which they are submitted.
Double effect cylinder, equipped with removable and interchangeable tread to avoid the deterioration of the piston and mechanized in the end for tool adjustment. Provided with anti-turning and front adjustable stroke endings that allow us to regulate easily the cylinder stroke.
Two speed motorized hydraulic group with automatic disconnection of high speed. Activated by electro-valves, includes anti-return valve, pressure control valve and cylinder decompression valve.
Pedal-operated.
Electrical control panel with selector for manual or automatic operation, and 1 or 2 cylinder speed selector.
Supplied with machined support masses, gauge in tons, hydraulic oil and instructions manual.
They fulfill CE regulation.
All our presses work with an hydraulic pressure lower than 320 bar in order to guarantee a greater durability.

HIDROGARNE manufacture the standard range of D series from 80 up to 300 Tons.
Movable bed that allows to be positioned at different levels.
Tackle elevation system with spiral crown reducer in oil bath and fixation by two center pins located in the middle of the bed.
DM model: Elevation of the bed by hand-operated gear.
DV Model: Motorized bed elevation by braking motor and reducer with torque limiter.
