They are especially designed for the straightening of oxygen-cut sheets and structures.
Its design enables easy loading and unloading of pieces, sheets or structures. It allows access to different points of the straightening process without having to move the piece, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and longitudinal movement of the bridge.
It has a double effect cylinder with a chrome-plated piston and anti-wear guides, equipped with removable hold-down for the protection of the piston rod. The cylinder is anti-gyro, it has a millimetre graphed front and adjustable sensors.
Two-speed motorized hydraulic group with automatic disconnection of the approximation speed, activated by electro-valves. It includes non-return valve, overflow valve and a cylinder decompression system.
The activation and control of the machine is done via a low voltage electric panel with manual and automatic handling and a 1 or 2 work speed selector.
