Htc manufacture vacuum KF 90 °elbows for high vacuum(HV) system from 304 series stainless steel. The 90 ° elbows are welded the fitting end with KF flange, so they could be quick joined with KF fittings. The KF 90 °elbows are ideal for use as roughing lines on semiconductor process equipment and for simple HV chamber ports and pump exhaust lines in semiconductor. Htc designed to fit standard and customize to your specifications.
