High temperature magnetic chuck for press


Magnetic clamping technology, magnetic clamping plate, especially designed for injection moulding machines, rubber processing machines, die casting machines and presses for various types of metal forming. Stable from 80°C up to 240°C. Dies and moulds, even if not standardised, can be easily and swiftly changed. Evenly distributed clamping force all over the clamping surface ensures clamping almost without distortion, which means higher product quality and less tool wear, reduced downtimes and set-up costs and hence increased productivity.

The "M-TECS" product line embodies magnetic clamping technology, means quick clamping at highest level and offers the user substantial benefits:
• moulds, even not standardised, can be easily and swiftly changed without need for retooling
• the evenly distributed clamping force all over the clamping surface ensures low-distortion clamping, which results in higher product quality and reduced tool wear
• the evenly distributed magnetic force all over the clamping surface ensures optimum contact between the mould and the magnetic heating plate
• lower cost of maintenance and repair is the logical consequence
• no downtime for heating up or cooling down in the press
• shorter stay in the hot area, less burning
