HILMA die carts FACILITATE HANDLING OF HEAVY DIES:
The robust die carts have been designed for the accident-free and efficient (time-saving) handling of heavy dies on presses and machines for die weights of up to 40 kN. The solid design ensures a long service life. The die carts which have been designed for the rough conditions prevailing in a press shop are reliable aids for die changing.
The lifting table which is integrated into the die cart lifts the die to the correct insertion height. In order to avoid movement of the die during transport, the roller tables are provided with a brake. The die carts can be shifted manually, or they are provided with an electromechanical drive. The docking station and fine lowering movement have been designed to meet the specific requirements of die changing on presses and machines.
