- Can be added to any Hilman Roller and designed to interface with almost any type of track.
- Ideal where load alignment is critical, close tolerance must be maintained, the load movement is repetitive, or where uplift prevention is desirable.
- Can be designed to be detachable from the Roller or adjustable to fit multiple tracks. Guidance systems with tapered rolls are also available.
Components :
- Type R - for guidance on I-Beam, Tube, Flat Bar, or Rail.
- Type C - for guidance in Channel or Trench.
- Type U - guides against the underneath side of I-Beam or Rail to prevent Roller uplift.
- Type TR - provides guidance when used with a radiused track.
- Hilman will also design and manufacture Rollers and systems to meet customer specifications and operational requirements.
