KK-Modules – Linear Modules with ballscrews

The HIWIN linear modules (KK-Modules) are compact positioning axes. The thrust is generated by a ballscrew, which is mounted in a drive flange ready-to-use by a motor. The movement is guided by rolling balls bearings. Various equipment parts and sizes adapt the linear modules to very different tasks and industries.

Modules for positioning tasks – KK-Modules from HIWIN can be used universally and are suitable as ready-to-mount modules for many positioning tasks.
Lean and light – KK-Modules can also be integrated into applications with little space thanks to their compact and lean construction and light weight.
Flexible and adaptable – various servo motors, controllers, special models and accessories make it possible to use the KK modules universally; they can be supplied with or without motor on request.

Modular and multi-dimensional – multiple axes systems can be achieved easily with the KK-Modules.
Adaptable and sturdy – the KK-Modules can be equipped with bellow or sheet metal cover depending on the ambient requirements.
