RUBBLE MASTER CS series screens are compact linear oscillation screens that can be transported like containers. They are flexible as far as feed material is concerned an sort crushed material such as building rubble and natural rock very efficiently. Power is supplied from the crusher generator - a huge advantage at more remote sites.

The CS2500 single deck screen is perfectly matched to semi-mobile RM60 crushers. The throughput capacity of the linear oscillation screen is optimised according to the angle of the screen, mesh gap and the type of material to be processed. Even at high throughputs the CS2500 impresses with its reliable grading ability and low maintenance requirement thanks to its self-cleaning screen deck.

The two conveyor belts achieve impressive discharge heights and are integrated safely into the frame of the screen unit. They fold hydraulically for transport so the CS2500 can be loaded onto a truck equipped with a drag-on winch.
