A high-grade, high-purity alumina manufactured from the controlled melting of calcined bauxite, silica, coke and iron. Available in premium grades specifically approved for aerospace applications, conforming to specifications such as Rolls Royce CSS12, Airbus ABR9-0160 etc. This is also referred to as Alumac.
