These assemblies are used primarily in the area of tool and work-piece clamping or wherever a compact construction is required in combination with dense valve technology.
Compact construction volume and a high degree of protection allow direct installation into the clamping device.
Functional safety is reliably achieved by means of leakage-free poppet valves.
The integrated control logic reduces additional interfaces.
The absolutely compact, ready-for-installation hydraulic power units for use in industrial tensioning and clamping applications are distinguished by a maximum degree of reliability. Proven power units from the H0, H1, H3 and H4 series from HOERBIGER range are used. In relation to applications, there is a variety of customer-specific variation possibilities in combination with valves and standard modules from the HOERBIGER catalogue range. The following versions are therefore possible, for example:
- Basic version for attachment of valve modules and for storage charging function
- Reverse operation for H0 and H1 without additional valve control for double-acting cylinders
- Actuation of both single and double-action cylinders
- Clamping functions with support by storage tank, also as a modular system
- Lower oil outlets with high protection class
- Energy-saving double pump version with integrated load-sensing control
- Possibility of direct mounting on the consumer.
