The pallet changer enables the precise and rapid replacement of metal sheets. The rapid pallet change process assures high efficiency and utilization of the flat bed laser. This pallet changer is raised and lowered hydraulically by four cylinders (synchronous speed using quadruple internal gear pump). Given the option of varying the motor speed, the stroke movement (low starting and final acceleration, maximum lifting speed and consequently optimized lift time) can be optimized in both directions. Simple check valves, combined with a pressure control valve, ensure end of stroke equalization and protection of the pressure level.
Customer benefit:
- Small height of the power unit as well as sleek and space-saving shape of the plunger cylinder with integrated electrically pilot-operated check valves in the cylinder bottom.
- Significantly reduced number of components and hydraulic interfaces ensure increased reliability and reduced installation complexity, e.g. only one tube per cylinder.
- Compensated and speed-controlled quadruple internal gear pump provides optimized synchronous speed and enables an optimized velocity-travel curve.
