The flowmeter is designed to provide exceptional precision in operations. It is compactly structured in high-quality 316 stainless steel. It incorporates a one-of-a-kind toothless oval gear construction that has been patented. Its US patent is 5,992,230. The device has an electronic output that incorporates high-resolution technology. Ball bearings are self-oiling and in SS. The flowmeter easily handles extremely viscous materials without the use of specialized components. Diverse viscous levels do not alter linearity that remains steady at ±.25% of metered values, or 100 CSTKS above 5-20GPM or ±0.5% above extended values. Repeatability stands at ±0.05%. The flowmeter is outfitted with MNPT end fittings in 1" as standard, although end fittings are available in a vast array. It can handle a maximum flow rates of .02 to 25GPM. Operating temperature ranges are -400 to +350°F as per bearing material while maximum operating pressures are 3,000psig.
