Mist collectors

Impurities in the air are produced from oil and emulsion vapors in machining areas by machine tools, at soldering and welding tables and at non-enclosed machines during machining. These impurities can be harmful to the health of the employees in these areas and can also have a negative effect on the quality of your products.

HOFFMANN mist collectors are high-quality devices that stand out due to their long service life and low maintenance requirements. Our systems are in line with the state of the art and have proven themselves in many years of use.

Soiled air is drawn in directly at the source. A mechanically adjustable throttle piece regulates the amount of air to be drawn in.

The two-or three-stage prefilter and the downcircuit main filter ensure air circulation for the equipment in your machining buildings, while maintaining the stringent limits defined by the German TA-Luft (Clean Air Legislation) and MAK (Max. Workplace Concentration) regulations.

Any liquid separated out in the mist separator is routed back to the processing machine via return nozzles.
