HOFFMANN APPARATE
HOFFMANN vacuum belt filters are used for cleaning emulsions and low-viscosity oils for machining steel, castings, aluminum and other nonferrous metals.
Method of Operation:
The coolant tank for the filter facility is made up of two chambers:
* the fouled tank section (bottom made of bolted, stainless slotted-screen elements), and the
* suction chamber (clean tank section) located below the fouled tank section

* continuous supply to your machine tool with cleansed coolant without any down time. The suction pump transports around 10% more medium than required for filtration, ensuring that the clean tank section is also adequately filled during the cleaning phase.
