The HOMMEL shaftscan measuring machines have been specially designed for highly accurate and fast measurement of crank shafts and cam shafts. The machine concept offers an improved ergonomic handling with separate, height adjustable evaluation unit with high operating comfort.
The unique reverse tension and clearance-free measuring system enables the measurement of fine waviness and therefore detects chattermarks. Both in the measuring room and in production the measuring machines reliably supply maximum possible repetitive accuracy, wear-free parts of lasting quality guarantee a long-term, profitable investment. With the graphically sophisticated Windows TURBO SHAFT software, programming times for new shafts can be reduced considerably. The clearly arranged result logs can be adapted individually.
