Honeywell's Model 3170 Series are low-profile tension and compression load cells measure ranges from 200 lbs up to 100000 lbs with 0.07% accuracy full scale.
Constructed of carbon steel, these fatigue-resistant load cells offer low deflection and are well suited for materials testing machines and other applications requiring a rugged load sensor, while exhibiting the high performance characteristics of stiffness and accuracy. They are often ideal for high cycle count applications.
The design of these load cells makes them extremely resistant to extraneous bending and side-loading forces. Their structure virtually eliminates bending strains at the strain gage, minimizing the primary cause of load cell failures.
