Honeywell Model 2110 Series Flanged Reaction Torque Sensors

Honeywell's Model 2110 Series (Models 2110 to 2116) reaction torque sensors are designed for installation between test pieces such as motors, switches, axles, or shafts and their mounting plate.

These models operate and are calibrated in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions and can measure ranges from 2000 lb-in to 2400000 lb-in with 0.15% accuracy.

Constructed of nickel-plated alloy steel construction for durability in harsh, industrial environments, these rugged sensors have no moving parts and utilize four bonded strain gages on a special machined portion of the transducer to achieve a maximum non-linearity of 0.1% over a wide dynamic range.

These general purpose reaction torque sensors can be used in a broad range of component and product test applications. Components such as drive shafts can be tested during manufacturing to verify their capability to withstand minimum torque levels with no damage. They are also useful to help calibrate installation without removal of a permanently mounted torque monitoring device.
