The XGT-5000 by Horiba scientific is an Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometer which features its convenient access to X-ray fluorescence analysis having a high spatial resolution of 1.2 mm down to 10 µm. Using this tool, the user will not be needing sample preparation and vacuum. It is just easy to operate by simply placing it in a chamber and it will do the atmosphere analysis automatically.
