LIGHTWEIGHT
Horizon's HDPE roller is one third of the weight of a steel roller which, coupled with superior strength, means that less energy is required to drive the conveyor belt, transportation costs are reduced and considerable savings can be achieved.
REDUCED BELT DAMAGE
Should a HDPE roller jam there is no steel in contact with the belt to cause damage.
LOW NOISE OPERATION
HDPE components considerably reduce noise level especially when using mechanical clip joints.
