Hosokawa Micron Powder Systems offers a broad range of size reduction mills to handle all fine grinding industrial mineral applications. The selection includes conventional ball mill /classifier systems with new high-tech features that extend the fineness range to below D97 at 5 microns. For softer mineral fillers such as PCC, talc and fine kaolin we offer both the renowned Mikro-ACM and Mikro-LGM air classifier mills.
Our product offering includes the new Alpine AFG /TTC opposed fluid bed jet mill. The TTC version is the new high speed - high surface area classifier wheel. This single wheel classifier operates at speeds up to 120 m/s and often replaces multiple wheel classifiers with the same or better performance.
