FPP is a tooling system consisting of a roughing cutting tool with one flute and a finishing tool with 5 flutes. Thereby it is possible with appropriate circumstances to achieve surfaces almost clear as glass without polishing.
Specifically for 3D-machining also the ball nose end mill is designed with one cutting edge. Clear surfaces can be achieved without complicated finishing work here as well.
A very versatile tool is the V-notch end mill since on the one hand this tool is very practical for engraved lettering, on the other hand also chamfers and profile cuts with a various degrees of bevel can be produced.
