Specially designed for material combinations of hard and weak components these tools are working in mid and high range cutting speeds with best results. Also in low reinforced plastics these tools are showing there most efficient power.
Mills with 2 flutes
Two flute mills are working in plastics in low and mit range cutting speeds. Expecially the tools with 45° helix are working perfectly on textile or leather combinated plastic materials.
Mills with 3 flutes
These tools should be used then soft and weak materials are reinforced with mid and high percentages of fibers of carbon or glas also on caoutchouch and latex these tools are working very well.
