The ZA 450 is the only newspaper feeder for the post press in the medium capacity range for up to 10,000 cycles per hour, which does not work rotationally. Through a newly developed and patented function principle, newspapers up to a product thickness of 30 mm can be safely dispensed. A thickness tolerance of +10 mm is compensated. Through this, daily newspapers can be safely supplemented with preselected magazine inserts with different product strengths.

This feeder, like all other Hugo Beck feeders, possesses its own steering system and its own servo drive, so that it can be implemented at any machine and position.

The newspaper feeder ZA 450 is implemented, where daily newspapers are introduced from the palette of a packing machine. Up till now, a high degree of manual labor was necessary to perform this.

Newspapers or magazines with a length and breadth of 300 - 450 mm can be automatically introduced with or without the presence of supplements. The ZA 450 type newspaper feeder can operate with up to 10,000 cycles per hour. A feeding belt as well as the stack loader HB 100 are optionally available.
