Designed and manufactured by Huntingdon Fusion Techniques, the PurgEye™ 500 Weld Purge Monitor™ has been specifically developed for critical joints.

This attractively priced instrument is ideally used for ultra critical or 'Golden' welds where oxygen levels need to be indicated to a very precise level as low as 10 parts per million.

The PurgEye™ 500 Weld Purge Monitor™ is intended for use in the welding of titanium, other reactive alloys, as well as duplex and chrome steels and those high quality stainless steel welds.

In addition, the monitor is particularly suitable for welds in ultra clean conditions, such as in LNG, food, semi-conductor, pharmaceutical sectors and any other process industries.

The PurgEye™ 500 Weld Purge Monitor™ has an integral pump for applications where there is insufficient flow of exhaust gas.

Special attention has been paid to electrical shielding to avoid interference.

This lightweight, reasonably priced low cost instrument includes a unique fast response lifetime sensor which has virtually no maintenance requirement.

Optional software PurgeLog™ allows the print out of Quality Management documentation.
