This milling centre will improve both productivity and quality of machining in complex components both in large automotive organisations (and automotive equipment manufacturers) as well as in large aerospace companies and all their sub-contracting partners.
It has a bi-rotative head which is able to realize roughing and finishing operations. Equipped with a powerfull spindle, feedrated up to 40 m/min and acceleration up to 1g, this machine offers exceptional cutting force absorption qualities which, in work, ensure an excellent surface finish.
The weight of the machine is about 41 tons and offer rigidity and precision in complex workpieces machining. The workpiece, which size can go up to 3,5 x 1,25 m is machining in HSM.
