HURST® DC Stepper linear actuators provide a conversion of rotary motion to linear motion in can-stack permanent magnet motors. By passing a 1/4 threaded rod through a hollow rotor hub with mating threads, the normal rotary motion is converted to linear movement for positioning in either direction. Some common application include: X - Y tables, small elevators, height adjustment of sampling tables, general purpose linear positioning.
