A HySTAT™60 outdoor unit is installed in a 20ft housing, greatly simplifying implementation at customers site. It is a turnkey solution including a hydrogen generating unit with one of our proprietary IMET® cell stack, a control panel with HMI and two power racks with controlled AC/DC conversion and all the needed peripherals (according to customers requirements) to produce hydrogen in a safe and reliable way. The maximum working pressure can be selected to be 10 barg and the gas purity can be up to 99.999%. With safety and reliability as key priority, every HySTAT™ features: PROFIsafe protocol ensuring a safe shut down in case of control failure (PLC) Fail safe logic for all parameters and inherent safe design (passive safety) Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) ensuring a safe shutdown in case of power failure Constant monitoring of gas purity (HTO) Minimal gas presence in the system (only few Nm3 at full production) Multiple redundancy on critical safety parameters.
