Description

When sterilization is required for long shelf life for milk-based beverages, the Continuous Rotary Sterilizer is a useful unit. It can handle bottles made of glass, HDPE or PP material. The sterilizer has a large output which provides outstanding quality for any food product in any container and a high Hydrolock efficiency. Agitation of the product during processing provides rapid heat penetration by forced convection. This greatly reduces the heat treatment applicable. The agitation allows use of very short processing times to produce better quality products. Excellent product homogeneity with no overcooking and optimal sterilization are the hallmarks of this unit.
