Four station rotary type press is specially designed to produce over 800 pads per hour at the rate of five second press cycle. The press demonstrates high performance short cycle press, for the production of big lot sizes. The machine features a four-station-round table design on which four pressing units are moved step wise through three handling stations and the press station. The back plates are inserted in the press station where subsequently the press cycle proceeds as per reproducable and simple programmable parameters. Station 1 removes the finished pads, cleans the pressing tools and applies the mould release agent. Station 2 feeds and exactly distributes the friction material in the mould. Station 3 feeds and exactly distributes the under layer material in the press mould. The machine uses 120 t - 230 t pressing force.
