IAG gas line controller units are especially impressive because of their compactness and long life even under heavy usage conditions. As with every IAG device, special attention is paid to careful gas flow with minimal internal volume and no stub lines or undercutting, as well as uniform heating with ample performance for heating up quickly.
The MSJs have an in-built heat regulator for internal heating. Control of the compressed-air balanced valve is bit parallel with 24V control voltage. The maximum line diameter for gas inlets for the MSJ12 is 35 mm. Parameterisation is very simple to carry out via an SCP (system control panel).
The SCP autonomously recognizes which device it is connected to and enables every device parameter to be set via an extremely clear, self-explanatory display on a 5.7" touch screen. The SCP is also available as a simple software tool. This means that the MSJ can be connected directly to an internal network and controlled or configured from any PC. Control can optionally be bit parallel or via Modbus TCP. If an MSJ is connected to an IAG measuring unit, parameterisation and monitoring can be carried out via the measuring unit display.
