IAG presents hydraulic press line for friction lining. It is suited for the manufacturing of medium-sized batches. A production centre is formed by combining up to 5 standard roundtable machines and 6 pressing units or stations on every roundtable. This centre has a central control unit and a common hydraulic primary unit. The centre's individual machines provide independent operation and are capable of producing various references as per varying process parameters. The machines are equipped with two handling stations. These stations are used by the roundtable for stepwise movement of the pressing units. The first station is useful for removing the finish pads, sanitizing the pressing tools and fixing the parting agent. Station 2 is used for feeding and precise distribution of friction as well as underlayer materials inside the mold, and for insertion of back plate. The lining has pressing force of between 40t - 150t, and maximum lining size of up to 250 x 120 mm.
