Electronic Multi-Channel Pipettors with variable tip spacing
By allowing the user to change the pipettor's tip spacing on the fly, the VOYAGER enables scientists to efficiently transfer multiple samples between labware of different sizes and configurations. A simple push of a button on the Touch Wheel interface opens or closes the tips to a spacing defined by the user. The result is a level of flexibility currently achievable with single channel pipettors but with vast improvements in efficiency and productivity in many applications like sample reformatting, multi-lane gel loading, PCR reaction setup, etc.
