Ica presents RL05, the new version of a historic packaging line for filling tins and cans in bulk, whose first version dates back more than 30 years ago. The cans are turned over and cleaned up, then filled by one of the various Ica systems:volumetric cup or auger fillers; individual or multi-head weighing systems;linear or radial combination weighing systems.At the end of the packaging cycle a check weigher controls the perfect operation of the packaging line.
All ICA packaging lines may be equipped with: integrated check-weigher, Siemens PLC control system with touch screen display or PC, supervision system, electrical axes management with servo-driven motors, on-line diagnostics via modem connection, coding and dating devices, labelling units and clip-closing devices, bundlers, palletizers and auger fillers, cup-type volumetric fillers or weighing systems with single or associative heads. The coffee packaging lines may be prepared for fitting Aroma System degassing valves and for packaging in modified atmosphere with gas flushing.
