HiVac90 is a high speed line for under vacuum packaging belonging to the family of vertical mandrel automatic machines. It makes paket shape or gable top bags with a high degree of vacuum or in modified atmosphere with gas flushing, in order to guarantee always the best preservation of the product from oxygen, light and moisture. A wide variety of possibilities for the bag top treatment are available: simple or double fold, "half moon" profile for easy opening, reclosing adhesive tape or labels and tin-tie. Upon request the machine may fit the Aroma System one-way degassing valve. This compact packaging line, which integrates perfectly sturdy mechanics with the most advanced electronic developments, reaches normally an operational speed of 80 ppm.
All ICA packaging lines may be equipped with: integrated check-weigher, Siemens PLC control system with touch screen display or PC, supervision system, electrical axes management with servo-driven motors, on-line diagnostics via modem connection, coding and dating devices, labelling units and clip-closing devices, bundlers, palletizers and auger fillers, cup-type volumetric fillers or weighing systems with single or associative heads. The coffee packaging lines may be prepared for fitting Aroma System degassing valves and for packaging in modified atmosphere with gas flushing.
