ROTAR is a vertical industrial paternoster whith rotating carriers,for the storage of light materials and medium-small sized items.Its compact and solid deisgn allows perfect suitability to different storing requirements.It offers a fast solution for picking operations, limits the footprint area necessary for its installation and completely exploits the warehouse available height.
For material deposit and retrieval,the operator merely recalls the carrier required by entering the appropriate carrier code into the keyboard provided by ROTAR. Once set in motion the carrier takes the shortest possible route to the consultation window. ROTAR structure can be extended over multiple floors:consequently more than one internal access opening can be positioned at different levels by reducing standby-times between one operation and another and speeding up material picking/stocking times. Movement of the stored material towards the operator guarantees the protection and maximum comfort of the user by reducing up to 80% those phisical efforts depending on hand labour. Access opening is positioned at the best working height and it spares the operator those phisical efforts depending on hand labour.A sliding metal shutter protects the stored material ensuring it can be consulted only by authorized,key-holding personnel.Two pairs of sensors,positioned at the working bay,check that loads do not protrude. In addition an external photoelectric barrier permits the operator to work with the shutter opened, in total safety. The warehouse management software, allows handling and control of stored materials keeping maximum order and complete information.
