These functions are achieved by blowing preheated dry air on the previously fluidized product.
The fluid bed mainly consists of:
- fluidizing surface made of microdrilled plate
- pressure generating chamber for fluidization air
- suction hood for exhaust air
- vibration source with controlled current powered vibrators
- heat generator and fluidization-air fan complete with air-flow regulation
