Instantizer agglomerator


The equipment is able to process powders and to form agglomerates with a porous structure so that the final product is able to instantly dissolve and absorb liquid. The application is mainly for the food, drink and dietetic markets were fine powders are use which, without the use of the instatizer, would form lumps that float on the surface of the liquid. The instantizer uses steam in the process ( is a re-wet agglomerator ) and produces a product with better flowability that ensure a repeatable batches for filling and tableting machines.
