SPEEDY BAG series ICMAT

They are suitable for all kinds of films both plain and printed (preferably with antistatic treatment) in tubular polyethylene with a thickness range from 0.06 to 0.13 mm or in polypropylene with thickness range from 0.03 to 0.05 mm or in normal and high density cartene.
Reels with a width of 80-300 mm (SPEEDY BAG 300) or 150-500 mm (SPEEDY BAG 500) can be used without having to disassemble parts or modify settings.

The packaging machines automatically form open-topped bags.
Bag filling and sealing can be carried out either manually by an operator who starts the machine cycle by pressing a button, or automatically by loaders, manipulators and weighing machines.
Reel changes take a maximum of thirty seconds.
The machine cycle time for the preparation of a 200 mm long bag takes more or less four seconds (SPEEDY BAG 300) and about five seconds (SPEEDY BAG 500).
Standard equipment for both models includes: diagnostics and PLC programming, pneumatic closing seal bars, with safety device, continuous panel control of seal bar preheating, bag opening system for automatic in-feed and small, light weight bags, fast and easy changeover of different bag sizes (from 25 to 999 mm) from control panel (settings in mm).
