Description

CG 25 R is a Taping machine for gummed paper designed for taping a set of boxes of the same size. Adjustingto the box size is manual but simple and fast. The box is manually introduced after the upper flaps are folded (closed) by the operator. The machine automatically sticks on the gummed paper above and below, sealing the boxes. TECHNICAL FEATURES • Manual regulation for boxes of different sizes; • Manual insertion of the boxes after having closed the upper flaps; • Automatic and simultaneous box conveying and taping (upper andlower); • Automatic insertion of the boxes after having closed the upper flaps; • Adjustable humidification; • Gummed paper non-return ratchet device; • Lack of inertial forces when unwinding the paper tape from the reel thanks to the pivoting roller brake; • Pneumatically controlled, self-sharpening guillotine cutting group; • Rollers to press the gummed paper onto the boxes can be adjusted: • pressure can be changed depending on the contents and/or thickness of the boxes; • Front and behind can be changed from 40 to 80mm according to paper width; • Final long brush for additional adhesion pressure on the upper horizontal section of gummed paper; • Water pump taking and drawing water from the humidifier groups, always maintaining the same level of humidification even when there is an intermittent power supply; • Wetting unit heating with a 50W 24Vac stainless steel thermostatically controlled resistor installed on the taping head with complete electrical links. This system is indispensable in a low temperature environment (<18°C), improving and accelerating the reaction of the glue;
