The demineralizers of the 2CM series consist of two columns with separate beds of high ion exchange capacity resins: one bed contains cationic resins in acid cycle; the other bed contains anionic resins in sodic cycle.

A handy electronical LED conductivity meter powered with a 9V battery indicates when the resins need to be regenerated or replaced.
The multi-way-valve with ejector, fully established in automatic demineralizers, permits an easy and quick resin regeneration. In fact, you only need to turn the two handles installed on the multi-way-valve when indicated in the manual.
