Description

Strong and robust: The uEye FA is particularly robust and therefore ideally suited for use in demanding environments such as factory automation. Camera housings, lens tubes and screwable connectors (8-pin M12 connector with X-coding and 8-pin Binder connector) meet the requirements of protection class IP65/67. This means that the models can withstand even the harshest industrial environments. They are also especially suitable for multi-camera operation: an integrated image memory decouples image acquisition from image transmission. Camera-internal functions such as pixel pre-processing, LUT or Gamma reduce the required computing power to a minimum. The extensive accessories, such as lens tubes and drag chain cables, are just as tough. The cameras are also designed for large format sensors and are typically used for machine vision tasks in industrial plants and quality assurance.
